We only deliver by e-mail!
When you visit our shop you will see that we are a fully secure site
Security
All transactions are secure and are managed by Paypal. We never see your bank or card details!
All our products and free gifts (other than the free web-site) are editable MSWord and MSExcel documents; please ensure that you have the relevant programs. Our products are delivered, within 12 hours of you placing your order, by e-mail. No software or hard copies are provided due to the prohibitive cost this would entail.
Most digital products are now delivered in this way as it ensures that costs are greatly reduced and these savings can be passed onto the customer. We always ensure that the product will be delivered and should a problem arise we can send to an alternative address.
If you do not receive your product within 12 hours then e-mail us at businessplandb@aol.com and we will supply details of how and when it was delivered. We will always deliver within 12 hours so please contact us if you do not receive your business plan!
Refund Policy
It is the goal of Business Plan Database to provide timely and relevant information provided on digital medium. Due to the nature of the medium, purchase of digital products are not refundable, once delivered. If you have an issue with our product please contact us and we will always help you but you cannot return our products and therefore we cannot refund you!
We will always help people with genuine problems who approach us and we will always answer any questions you have about our products and about writing a business plan; just ask!
Cancellation Policy
Once you have submitted a successful order via our secure server the order can only be cancelled prior to delivery. You may ask to change your ordered product before delivery and we will gladly do this without charge. Should there be a problem in receiving the product you can ask for the product(s) to be delivered to an alternative email address and we shall do this.
Order Acceptance Policy
Business Plans Database reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders are subject to approval, confirmation, and availability.
Should an order not be accepted no charges will be made.
