Delivery by e-mail

• All our products and free gifts (other than the free web-site) are editable MSWord and MSExcel documents; please ensure that you have the relevant programs.
• Our products are delivered, within 12 hours of you placing your order, by e-mail.
• No further software is needed.
• No hard copies are needed meaning no postage or delivery costs

Most digital products are now delivered in this way as it ensures that costs are greatly reduced and these savings can be passed onto the customer. We always ensure that the product will be delivered and should a problem arise we can send to an alternative address.

If you do not receive your product within 12 hours then e-mail us at businessplandb@aol.com and we will supply details of how and when it was delivered. We will always deliver within 12 hours so please contact us if you do not receive your business plan!

Refund Policy

It is the goal of Business Plan Database to provide timely and relevant information provided on digital medium. Due to the nature of the medium, purchase of digital products are not refundable, once delivered. If you have an issue with our product please contact us and we will always help you but you cannot return our products and therefore we cannot refund you!
