As I seem to have said once or twice I have actually been involved in 30,000 companies in various ways and we have now sold well over 22,000 plans on-line and I fully expect that everyone has decided that it is time for a change.
 
Tomorrow.
 
Is not just another day.
 
"Right, I need to change …"
 
But people rarely change because the reasons not to change far out-weigh the reasons to change. Change is hard.
 
• Better to continue as you are.
• Better to keep running around desperately trying to keep things together.
• Better to get home every day and carry on thinking and working in your business through the evening and wake at three in the morning to think some more.
• Better to go under doing it your way than change.
 
If you keep doing the things the same way you will get the same results.
 
I have little doubt that many people buy plans and never change. I have little doubt that after hearing me at some conference they are inspired to change; until they get back to work.
 
I have no doubt that after paying my fees for consultancy most businesses go back to doing things the same way and my name is quietly erased as if I was never there.
 
I have no doubt at all that 96% of businesses fail to change.
 
And 96% of businesses fail.
 
Maybe that is a coincidence so you do not need to change?
